Japansese Cuisine Using Local Ingredients

You may enjoy our homemade Japanese-style cuisine while your stay at Tsugaike Kohgen Hotel. Hotel is located in Alps mountains, but it is also just 40 minutes away from Japan sea. So that, we can offer our guests dishes using both fresh mountain ingreadients and seafoods abundantly. We change menus to use the best available ingredients for each season. For instance, the regular menu in winter time is Hotpot with local mountain resources. In summer time, we serve Japanese course dinner.

Breakfast / 7:00am~8:00am

*Breakfast will be buffet style while winter season.
*If you wish to have meals, please select the rate type which includes meals when you make a resevation.
